Hi,

I am Tim from Hanford ca

been smoking for a few years now with a WSM 18.5" and am sick of it and it's charcoal usage.

I plan on converting an old GE fridge that has been sitting in my driveway for a year or so now into a smoker.

I usually do ribs or pork shoulders.
