Well I have finally decided to get into smoking meats and bought myself a Masterbuilt 30inch Electric Smoker. Living in an apartment complex I'm pretty limited on space so thought this would be perfect for my living conditions. I look forward to reading all sorts of tips and tricks as well as meeting some new friends.
