Hello  BBQ people hope you all doing ok , my name is Ali , I’m from the middle east ,Saudi Arabia to be exact , and it's a pleasure to be here on this forum  , I have never smoked any food before in my life ,and i'm hoping to get to know to the basics of it on this forum ,and I'm  currently thinking of buying a Bradley digital smoker .
