WOW! What a site! You guys are good! Rather than lurk for awhile I decided to jump right in.

I've been smokin' for 25+ years and I'm hooked. The smell of smoking meat is simply nirvana. I just bought a big Traeger (made here in Oregon) and I'm hoping for great things.

I'm a rubaholic and am always looking for new ones. And good marinades, brines and sauces. I'm cheap so I love making my own.

I look forward to reading and sharing with you all. Thanks for having me in your forum!
