Justin here from the Greater St Louis Area.  New to the forum but a long time subscriber to the newsletter etc... Been smoking for about 15 years.  I have a Weber Kettle, Ducane, and I have one of the Smoky Mountain propane vertical smokers I have had for over 8 years that has the cast burner and pans before they started using the cheap guts.  I have done a few contest over the years both backyard and competition and have done pretty well for a weekend warrior.  Looking forward to contributing!
