My name is Rick Serafin and I like long walks in the sand, romantic movies and OOOPS, WRONG FORUM!  

New to smoking, just finished my 2nd UDS build and have 3 more Im making for friends. Just finished a turkey tonight and now my belly hurts from eating too much and Im getting tired. 

Originally from Buffalo, NY (Brrrrr) and now in Phoenix, AZ (one extreme to the other). 

I run a small air conditioning company here, never out of work here in summer, for some reason people want to be cool when its 120F, strange I know. 

Great place you got here lots of good info too. 

Below is my first UDS named "Arizona Ugly I". I added some smoker bling to it just to make it fun.

It has a 4" stack with a barometric damper in it as well as a chinese hat rain guard up top. I had a blast building it and cant wait to try something new soon.

Well thats about all I have.

Brrrrr is right. I am from Rochester but work in Buffalo 3 days a week. Was there yesterday. The temp was 29* wind chill was 15*, started snowing around noon. I got outta there before the roads got slick. Welcome to SMF, you'll be up past your bedtime many nights on here. Great looking uds you built.
