Green Moutain Grill...Do I need WiFi?

I am looking to get my husband a pellet grill and I really want to surprise him so I am coming to you all instead of asking him:) I have decided on the Green Mountain Grills after everything I have read but I have one decision that I do not know what to pick!. Do I really need to spring for the extra money for the WiFi model? Why would he need this?

A friend of mine has the WIFI version and he really likes it. The wifi feature will allow your husband to monitor the temps and control them from where ever he may be. Nice feature to have so he won't have to be standing by the smoker all day long. Just think of all the chores and honey do's he'll be able to do!
