My my friend gave me this recipe and thought it was kinda simple and wasn't sure about it. Man is it good. I ended up using thick pork sirloin chops. Forgot about bone weight and could of used that 3rd one. I did brown the bones and add them. I used the beef broth with the pork in the pressure cooker for 45 minutes than sauteed the onions and garlic before adding. I used 4 fresh roasted hot hatch peppers. If using can probably add 2.
This is her recipe:
2 pound of pork loin, or
Pork chop etc. cubed.
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 Cup of onion diced
2 can of chopped green chilies
2 cloves of garlic
2 cans of beef broth
1 can of Rotel
1 can of pinto beans drained
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown the meat add the onions and sweat then add cumin garlic and chilies beef broth Rotel and beans simmer 30 minutes thicken as needed.
You’ll have to season and adjust accordingly.
