looks good . I need to build me a UDS. one of these days.

Looking good Bro,

My build is going slower than I thought it would, but still progressing.

Question, should I update my build on the thread I started, or make a new thread every time I post my progress?

Reason I am asking is, I had a few questions and I am not getting any replies..

UDS Build

I do not know about new threads or reply updates being more effective.

I have been doing  reply updates.

I got my first smoker just before Christmas, never smoked meat before that, been having a good time so far.

Best regards

Pat

The Green Bay smoker has been in regular use since spring.  Christmas week  10lbs of brisket cut in three sections, 20 brats and a turkey breast all done in about 8

hours  tasted great

My son did a great job I ate to much
