Most know about this, but I don't want anyone to be unaware.

On Cooking Channel 113, (Dishnetwork anyway).

30 minute show series all about grilling and smoking.

VERY interesting and worthwhile.

Not with stupid jokes like alot of TV, but filled w info and facts.

Marc

this is actually what I'm doing today. My wife is at work so I'm bored and just been sitting here watching that show and cruising this forum. I tell ya what I'm getting damn hungry too.

I've recorded it. Pretty good for the most part. Except for the one I seen a guy smoking out of a galvanized water tank[emoji]129300[/emoji]

Just watched an episode where a Catholic Church in Kentucky did an annual 100th year bbq fundraiser.

Don't quote me on this, by memory, like ballpark 6,000 + plates.

Pretty sure he said $60,000 Gross sales.

There is definitely "catering" volume stuff often shown on this show, but rarely, or maybe never before 6,000.

Pretty interesting.

HIGHLY recommend watching.   Marc

Been watching on the recommendation from here, interesting show, learn about alot of different ways to cook meat and contraptions people use.

one thing that strikes me odd, for the 5-10 episodes I've seen, the lighting fires in un-burned virgin areas, like on green grass, or on the brick sidewalk in front of someone's restaurant, or on pavers. I suppose that's just for TV, but it does strike me odd.
