Great job iTronics

I have an iTronics,(Thermopro), TP20 thermometer and last weekend one of the probes failed. I contact them via chat and Nzar one of the customer service specialists immediately said that he would be sending me a new set of probes. Well in 3 day I received the replacement probes. I just wanted to share what great customer service iTronics has. Thanks and keep up the good work.

Good deal . I have 4 therms from them . One is a TP-20 from 2017 . Probes been bad for awhile . I need to call them .

Sorry but I don't know why it went bad. I actually have 2 thermometers so I tested it twice in both units and it was dead.
