I have been viewing forum for about a day and a half now. So much to see, so much to do, so much to smoke..........Had to join.

Living here in North Texas full time in a motor home. Wife and I LOVE BBQ, smoked anything.

Been using an Aussie Grill but real hard to control heat and smoke with it. Planning on building a Mini WSM this wekend. Will be sure and take lots of pics and post them when I get a chance.

Can't wait to try some ABT's and some fatties.
