Grease seperator? Don't have one.

How do I seperate the grease without a grease seperator? Pan juices are in a casserole dish right now.

spoon or baster bulb or let it chill and peel it off.

And to get the last bit off..lay a paper towel on it. You'l lose very little stock, 'cause the grease will stick to the paper.
