grate cover

A few days ago,I saw someone had some covers for his cooking grates,(for cheese and such). I was wondering what the product was and where to find it,made for an easy Smoking. It was perforated and looked somewhat like Silpat, but holey.

I think it was cheese cloth and it might have been in one of the "nut" threads
