My aunt called, said she found some notes that were my grandpa's, stuff bout smokin. I can look at them but she won't let them outa her house, so I've been lookin at em, mostly notes that he made to a nephew who was goin to work at the packin house. Dosn't look like any of his personal smoke notes, which I'm kinda bummed about, but still lots of good stuff there.

I just posted one of the recipe's in the pork section - Sweet Pickled Spare Ribs.

I will post more as I sort an cipher!
 
Cool. Even if you don't get any smoking info, you at least get to learn more about your grandfather.
