It's coming down pretty good in the Seattle area. I took this pick earlier today, but it's still snowing. I measured 10" at 8:30pm.

So the wife wanted us to take my 4WD Jeep to the store to get provisions, and wouldn't you know it, they had 3" thick, tomahawk steaks for $7.74 lb! Who among us could pass that up? So, I had to improvise.

Sprinkled with Kosher salt and CBP, and let sit on a rack for about 2 hours in my cool garage for the magic of osmosis to take place. Then drizzled with a good Italian EVOO, and placed in the oven at 275° until the IT hit 110°.

Out of the oven, and into a hot cast iron pan to sear and baste in butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.

A perfect medium all the way thru.

And, plated.

Verdict, good, but I miss the smokey char I would have gotten on the grill.
