Nice Adam ! No worries about the yard, ya ought to see mine.... Re landscaping & sprayed the entire what once was called a lawn to kill it off last Sat. Looks like Sanford & Son....LOL. Nice TBS, what wood ya using ? BTW, that breading looks awesome !

I am using Humphrey's lump.  I dont use smoke wood on poultry.

The breading is just Panko.

Thanks.  Sorry for the bad pics. 

Anyway, I put my poultry rub on, then sprayed with coconut oil, then Panko then more coconut oil.

Makes great fried bird.

Yeah, .looks like you got a bit of mowing there... and right by the Highway

  Nice looking Fried Chicken , and like me , no sides . Meatatarian all the way...

But , what I want to see is WHB's  - Sanford and Son yard...
