I always find these ping pong recommendations interesting.  I just keep doing the bad for ya stuff and sooner or later it will be good again

I just remember George Burns lived to 100+ years, smoke cigars like a most people breath, drank more than a fish, and ate steak! Now that's a role model! LOL

What next?  Remember two sides to everything...

When I was a kid playing sports the coach would hand out salt tablets like candy. Now you can't even buy them.

Yeah, something changed with those salt tablets back in the late 60s.

Beth Steel used to have dispensers of salt tablets for the employees, all over the plant.

Then they took them all down---I forgot what they said was bad about them.

Yep it can be a bit confusing, same thing happened with Beef Coffee, Eggs etc..

You have to look at the individuals needs... for example a diabetics diet will be totally different than someone that's obese or someone that has high cholesterol.

Some folks could eat styrofoam the rest of their life and still have high cholesterol, while others could live off of cheesesteaks and be fine... its all how your body processes what you take in.

That's why its good to have an aggressive family doctor and know the history of your family, for your well being and your children's well being.

I love salt..

Have about six different kinds.

The body needs salt!!!!

Yaaaaaaaaaaa for salt!!

I also find if you stay away from pre-made stuff in cans and boxes you have much better controll over what is actually in your diet. To many folks think cooking is just dumping something frozen onto a sheet pan and popping it into the oven for 20 minutes. Me.... I like to buy the raw ingrediants and cook them myself, much healthier and taste 1000% better.

I sent that link to my Health Nut Sister.

She said she only uses Himalayan Salt.

Serves me right---I should have known better!

You could have a little fun at her expense and say "That's OK... I only use the salt from baby seal tears."

LOL... sorry I grew up very, very "granola", but have rebelled a bit now that you have stores like Natures and Whole Foods that want to charge an extra $5 just because it's "organic". I remember when those stores were called co-op's, had cheap prices, and smelled heavily of petchuli oil - now all those same customers drive BMW's and live in 6000 sqf. houses.

The old boy in the video is drinking Schmidts !!!!!

Not sure if the spelling is right, its been a while, somewhere in the neighborhood of 1985

Got an Uncle who still drinks only Schmidts---It is still dirt cheap!

He fixes lawn mowers, and has a fridge in his shop---never has less that 2 cases of Shmidts in it, and nothing else!
