Hello every one, don't you love the internet for things like this?
Got a new Smoker for my Birthday!!! It's a Master built 40" with stand.
I've been smoking for a while and had been looking at these when my wonderful wife bought it for me.
I have it pre- heating and I am fixing to put in some Baby back ribs. I have smoked on a small brinkmann and have gotten great results it just too small for a brisket.
.Looking forward to reading everyone post and learning how to master the art of electric smoking.
