I've been smoking on my GOSM for about three years now, and the paint on the inside of the cabinet is bubbling all over the sides.  Never had it over 275 (that was a spike), anyone else seeing this?

I've got the same on my GOSM big block.  I don't think it's bubbling paint, though, because it smells really smokey. My guess is that it's creosote or some kind of condensed byproduct of smoke.

I agree with you now, it is bubbling paint (I peeled some off, too).  Anybody else ever seen this?

On my second season with my Big Block and had a 3405 for 3 years and never had a paint problem.

I have it on the inside of the door on my Big Block, which I've had for 4 - 5 years. I have not noticed that it has caused any problems such as flaking off on the food or anything like that. But there are pieces gone...
