Neighbor trimmed up some trees along my driveway this week so when I was cooking today I threw on an extra rack of ribs. Then I took them up to them, I came home with 2 huge boxes of mushrooms.

These paired nicely with the CAB Rib Roast that was already on the menu for tonight...

I don't see my neighbors very often, usually we wave at each other as we are cutting the grass, but these are good folks. He works for one of the locak mushroom distributers in the area and has access to plenty of 'shrooms. Introduced them to fatties last summer... should probably do another one of those for them here soon.
