Good Sunday Gentleman!

   I am from Annapolis Maryland,

     I am married 13 years and a father of two. I don't have much time for cooking but do enjoy it when I can. I like experimenting with new ideas and am looking to grow my taste buds in a healthy way. My wife is a vegan so I will be looking to "WOW" the love of my life with flavor. 

                 The equipment is in need of replacement but does the job for now. It is a Char-Broil Quickset. I would like to learn how to smoke fish and veggies.

  I also have a turkey fryer that we hardly ever use.

Smoked vegs are tremendous.   Squash, potatoes and onion are my favorite.  A little olive oil or butter, your favorite cajun seasoning and  we are all set!    Welcome to the forum glad you joined us
