Good smokin day to all

Name is Muleshoe, was 55 at one time but a little older now. Nothing but an Arkansas hillbilly relocated to Florida because the wife wanted to be close to her sister. Kept her in the hills for over 30 years I figure I can finish my days here. I live a little south of Kennedy Space Center where they shoot up some of the biggest bottle rockets you have ever seen. Awesome.

I am the proud owner of a new Smokin-it #1. This after I have burnt out 2 Brinkman tube smokers and gave away one that I built from an old blow off tank I rescued from the powerhouse I retired from. Puttin' it through it's paces and while I do miss the age old instincts of man to tend a fire, I like it.  I grill on a Weber Kettle and a no name gas grill.

Good Q, easy clean up, set and forget. Wait until the temp probe remote goes off and sure enough she's done.

I do not miss haulin' wood and charcoal and that tank smoker, while it would hold a butterflied pig, it was cumbersome. But the pig roasts and keg floats were a lot of fun and because I am a gentleman there are no pictures that I will post. Not to protect the innocent but the not guilty, we are all far from innocent.
