I live in Bellevue, Washington, a few miles from Seattle. East side of Lake Washington. Retired. Many hobbies, getting a little old to pursue some of the more physical ones. Main hobby

is scuba diving with an underwater metal detector. Finding that gold ring is a real rush.

 I have two New Braunfels smokers, four kettles and an Auspit rotisserie that I take camping, along with a Weber Jumbo Joe. Just got a brand new PBC that I am anxious to light up. Hope to learn a lot here.

Welcome to the forums!  This is a great site...its the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
