Spent some time yesterday cooking up some beef short ribs - rubbed them down with some Simply Marvelous Cherry rub and finished them off with some General Tso's sauce.

Also deboned a chicken and stuffed it with sautee'd mushrooms, spinach, garlic, and onions.

Cooked them all on the Egg.

No pictures of the finished product but it was pretty tasty - still very moise. Sent the left overs home with our friends. Just found out that Big Al didn't get any so I am in the dog house...

This morning I rubbed down a 7.5 pound brisket with some Plowboys Bovine Bold rub. That is now on the Egg with a little hickory.

I have another chicken, but I am not deboning this one.. it's Sunday after all... time to rest.

Mornin Ellie, I'm bettin the chickin tasted good and looking forward to some Q-view of todays cook.
