I have a ton of Boston Butt pulled pork in the freezer that I have smoked over the past few months. All vacuumed packed in individual portions. Decided to pull some out for me and the wife. Dang tasty especially with the slaw and onion on it.

Looks good and to me. After being vacuum sealed seems to me that it's just as good as the day it was smoked..I vacuum seal everything that's left and the wife and I use for sandwiches and pork nachos. If you haven't tried the nachos you'll have to.

Vacuumed packer is the only way to go. Got plenty of racks of ribs sealed as well. We fix pulled pork nachos all the time. They are great!!

Was looking for the question, but realized you're just rubbing it in (pun intended) to others.
When I smoke a butt, the leftovers are vacuum packed.
Ribs don't last long enough for vacuum packing.

Whats the best way to reheat that after it's been frozen?
Take out and leave in vacuum pack sealed. Place on your kitchen counter or sink. In couple of hours it will be thawed out. Put in small pot and heat up slowly. Once heated good, add your favorite BBQ sauce to the pot and stir and let simmer on very low for a bit. Get some good buns and enjoy it. 6 months in freezer and still taste just like you pulled from smoker.
