KSMOK85 here. Just joined the forum today. I’ve been smoking meat for over 19 years. Started with the broilmaster three level propane grille in 1998. Then moved on to a new vertical propane smoker about 13 years ago. Then I came upon a hand me down, twenty year old New Bruanfels real wood smoker which I still have but have not used much lately. I now smoke most of my meats with a small, 10 year old Traeger Texas smoker...another hand me down. I am a “tight-wad” I suppose since most of my equipment was purchased/used by others Before me. No need to preseason when they are prepared. I was searching for a smoke stuffed portobello mushroom recipe today and came across one on the site this morning. I’ll let you know how they turn out in a follow up post.

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a muggy wet day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
