My name is kyle. Located in the sunny Tampa Florida.
My father was always into smoking and a few weeks ago while my parents were visiting he surprised me with my own electric master built smoker. (The one with two cabinets)
I am the lab manager for a gas company so propane is right up my ally.
I jumped right in and have been smoking out for the friends on football Sunday's. Have successfully tackled two pork picnics and an insane amount of chicken. Will be doing a whole turkey this weekend.
Just wanted to say hello and also say thank you, as I have been lurking for the past few weeks and there is a wealth of knowledge here!!!!! :sausage:
