Nothing this weekend, freezing rain on Saturday and snow on Sunday. Next week looks bleak also.

Not a good weekend for outdoor cooking here in Green Bay We had a little blizzard and got 23.5 inches of snow so far and maybe a few more tonight. 50 next weekend I'll be smoking my dried beef (bears recipe) . And probably ribs or chicken in the uds I hope

Had the chance to smoke some ribs prior to getting hit with an ice storm. Plan on doing a pork butt this week though once we thaw out a bit.
