Well hot damn I done outdone myself! We couldn't resist any longer. The smell in my kitchen was too much. Sliced it up good, it was so tender, And it pulled apart real nice. Everyone enjoyed it. I already know i wanna do another one, next time i'll inject it.

Thanx i think i did pretty good for my first time. Although next time i'll cook it a little bit hotter to try and render off a little bit more of the fat. Thanx everyone for the kind words and advice.
