Running a Masterbuilt propane 40. Maverick et-733 in picnic. Run around 250. Started at 4am. Who knew that smokin could be so much fun. Need to do a few mods to the smoker. But this is crazy fun, just crazy. Never thought that one could get so excited about smoking. Kick back. Playing with smoke. Feeling like a kid again.
