Not sure this is the place for this but I have a custom built wood smoker for sale.  It is trailer mounted with 2 modified Brinkman deep fryers.  The smoker is sort of a reverse flow with tuning plates with a single cooking rack that measures 23" x 52" in two piece,  it does not have a top rack although one could be added.  The fire box is a is a 20" pipe  2' long, it has a flat top which serves a place to keep things warm or simmer sauces.  The actual cook chamber dimensions are 5' x 2' or a 120 gal. propane tank with 6" exhaust with damper installed.  It also has a drain for easy cleaning.

The trailer is made of tube steel and expanded metal to keep it light weight, the tires and hubs are from TSC and if memory serves me are 12" with fenders.  It is also wired and has a 1-7/8" ball and jack.  There is a light mount on the trailer for those late night smokes, it is just a nut welded to the frame with some conduit and a bolt for a clamp light (not included) but an original design.  There is also a place for 2 securely mounted propane tanks (not included) up to 60 lbs. on the trailer for the deep fryers and weed burner.

The deep fryers are Brinkman and have been shortened to work with the trailer, both work perfect and include the tall turkey fry pots with thermometer and rack. Also included is a weed burner with extra long hose (a few splices) to start the fires and get the smoker up to temp. quickly.

This is a nice smoker but does need cleaned and reseasoned.  I built it to maybe get into comps. and catering but realized that is not my caling.  I learned to make BBQ on 55 gal. smoker and will build another as soon as I sell this one.  My price is $1500 but is negotiable for the right person.  I do have pics but will send them E- mail as I have not figured out how to set them up here.  My E- mail address is "[email protected]" . I have only posted here because of my loyalty but will post on "Craigslist" and "National BBQ News" next week.

Thank you

Jake
