I decided not to foil because of time.  I didnt want to lose any heat or progress, last night, by opening the door :(  I'll look into the finishing sauce for sure.  Seems I'm my hardest critic.  Everyone loved them and no complaints but seems I just keep thinkn of how to improve lol.  Now if someone would invent some disposible racks and an inside disposable liner I'd have it made.
