Made this using my sourdough bread. Other bread will take about half the time in oven to toast. This was amazing. Slice 1 red onion. Put 2 Tbs oil in med hot pan and add onions. Turn every 5 minutes until caramelized, about 30 minutes. Sprayed both sides of bread with olive oil. I love this sprayer. Works really good. Lay in pan with parchment paper and put in 400 toaster oven for 10 minutes. Flip over half way. Spread goat cheese on bread and cover with caramelized onions. Put back in oven for 3 minutes. Drizzle balsamic vinegar reduction and honey over top. Enjoy.
