morning y'all
I've done my due diligence and searched but find no detailed offering. My dynaglo vertical has a tiny charcol basket making me have to poke and addcharcoal on longer smokes. I have pair of silicon gloves that are great for grabbing butts and the like when they're done. they're slicker than owl shit when greasy. the first time I had to adjust coal in my fire boxI used these and they strted to melt. not terrible but a little disfigured. not hot at all. so I went to lowes nd bought pir of leather welding gloves (Bluehawk)
the next time I grabbed at the firebox handle i'd liked to have burned my fingers. now I'm back to squre one. I was looking at these on amazon. I knwo nothing is "fireproof" but would like to keep the heat off my fingers whn grabbing the handle to ajust the coal or add chunks
thanks for advice

Ditto on leather welding gloves.
