My deer processor that is lol. I prefer 3" chunks when I cut them up myself. Anyway, rolled some straps in olive oil and dusted with garlic salt on the Blackstone. I would prefer the grill, but didn't want to fire it up for 7 minutes of cooking!

Beautiful! That looks delicious! Just happen to have part of a venison loin in the fridge now. That will teach your boys to be on time lol!
