Well I'm new to all this smoking world, don't have many cooks done yet, but so far my favourite was my ribs on the GMG Daniel Boone prime! I know they say it's pretty tough to screw up ribs, but I figured I'd find a way!! Oh and I'm up here in Canada!! Thanks for the opportunity!

I tried some steaks the other day, but overcooked them since I wasn't sure and tried using a cheap "instant" therm that was still moving around 20 seconds into probing it!

USA all the way!

Wife and I don't eat steak more than a few times a year. Decided to splurge with prime tenderloin.
She had her (medium) piece half eaten before I got the camera. Mine was a perfect medium rare.
Had to move the probe from piece to piece to monitor temps.

Good old USA
Thanks for the chance
