Living in the United States of America, it seems easy for us to get complacent with our freedoms and protections. I've recently acquired two larger smokers with which I plan to smoke BBQ as a thank you for our local veterans and first responders. This product would be a useful tool in helping me monitor multiple cuts of meat in that endeavor.
I also volunteer...
Every year our local fire dept. does a fundraiser for the local fire fighters association. It covers new boots, coffee an such of the guys on shift, and if a new recruit needs help to pay for cert. classes, they will kick in some funds. They smoke 5~600 Boston butts for the 4th of July. I'll have to post a thread next year. They charge $40 per butt and raise $5~6 grand a year.

I would use it on every cooking appliance I own,it don't have to be 1 of my smokers or grills either,Think of all the possibility's

Can't have too may kitchen toys. I frequently cook multiple dishes. It would be useful to have multiple therm probes to monitor all my products...JJ

Well I don't cook for a living but I like for folks think I could cook for a living if I had to and hitting the temps just rite is key to almost every thing you can cook lol

I just melted one of my cheap thermometers the other day. So, perfect timing for a new one. I’ve been reading about the Inkbirds and I’m impressed! I’d use it every time I smoke. I’m located in the state of Ohio in the U.S.A.

With smokers and grills on two levels of my small property (deck & yard) I am constantly running back and forth checking temps. My remote sensors only reach about 50' so I am doing the up and down and up and down all the time. With 3 smokers and a grill going at the same time, this would be a perfect solution. I live in the good ole USA. SE PA in particular.

Thanks for hosting this giveaway--beef, lamb, pork, poultry, fish, yogurt, sous vide, smokers, ovens, fridge, crockpot...anything not ambient temp other than turning it on--USA

This would be a great addition to my arsenal! I recently got a new vertical cabinet smoker with 4 racks. This 4 channel therm would allow me to put a probe on each rack.

Edit: oops, forgot to add I live in USA. Want to be sure and follow the rules...

We are doing this giveaway of our bluetooth barbecue thermometer IBT-4XS
I own this therm . I use it with an old tablet I have . Has good length on the probes . I can use it in the MES and roll the kettle or WSM next to the electric and use it in different smokers / grills . I just used it to check ambient temps in my basement ,, lol .
I just want to say thanks for doing the give away HERE ,,, and not like another that does it on face book .

Kudos to being a sponsor and offering this giveaway raffle to members.

I'm not throwing my name in the hat.
I can afford to purchase when I need to replace my existing equipment and decide which product on my own.
Appears we have other members more deserving to receive your generous gift.

I'd use it as a reason to help justify, to my wife, why I need to add another grill/smoker to my "collection" of cooking paraphenalia here deep in the heart of Texas, in the good ole U S of A.

I live in Colorado, USA. I would use this for monitoring several things at once (ie pork butts and a pan of Wicked baked beans).

Wait a minute, they sell thermometers to gauge meat and grill temps. Holy freak'n cow!!! What will they think of next, and to think for all these years I've been putting a dab of lick from my tongue on my thumb and touching the lid to my Kettle or WSM to figure out how hot it was. Whenin I got the Vortex this method became a real challenge or dare with whoever I was Q'ing with.

For meat temps I just give the meat a little press down with a finger and compare it to the fatty section of my hand between the pointer finger and thumb when making a fist. If'n the meat is tight like similar to a tightly clinched fist then it's well done. If'n the meat is loose and squishy like a relaxed fist then it's rare. Inbetweens that thar is medium.

I live in the good ole' USA. In an area similar to that recently released blockbuster movie the Deliverance. Except we don't have no banjo's just vines strung up to old pots and a good sturdy branch.
