Why individual boats for each chicken breast. Surely this would work just as well wit it all in one big tray ?
Or was it simply for presentation purposes ?
I cook them to temperature and pull them the second they hit 165 (don't tell the USDA). Since they are usually different sizes, the individual trays make this easier.
I'm whoopin up a bunch of these now for my wife. She likes chicken breasts and I'm trying to get her to quit boiling them ;) Damn, this stuff smells good before it even gets close to the smoker.
