Girls Are Really Putting Out!!

As some know, our last batch of chickens that were laying were stolen or taken somehow. Now have cameras up so won’t happen again.

So! This is just from the last few days, and have 3 dozen count cartons full too!

I will say, we at one time had to buy store bought eggs… never again if we can help it. Once you eat a fresh egg… you’re hooked! At least I am.

Guy I was getting eggs from had a coon take out 14 of his hens.

No way to find out, had no cameras and live in the country. We sleep with white noise or King Of The Hill on. So didn’t hear anything… and no cams at the time.

Absolutely love fresh cackle berries. No comparison with most store bought.

My former kids (no relation) across the street moved to a country place.
They have a constant fight to "keep the fox of the hen house".
Coon, Fox, Skunks, Wolves, Coyotes, and Mink all notorious chicken thieves. Don't overlook Fido at home.
