Hey everyone! My name is Steve and I am the owner of GI Jerky. We are a veteran owned and operated beef jerky company based out of Texas. I am currently using a copacker to produce my product but want to open my own facility and ran across this site during my research. Thought it might be helpful to learn from guys that have been doing this for a while.
