Getting Started Smokong Cheese

I have a cold smoker I just purchased. What are the steps to properly smoke cheese? I want to make sure I do it safely

Mike, afternoon......   Well, I used the search bar at the top of the page...  typed in "how to smoke cheese".....

If you click on the link, there are more ways to smoke cheese than you can imagine.....   using ice in hot weather....  to a cardboard box and smoke generator....
