Getting my Fatty on.

    Making two breakfast fatties both are chorizo and eggs mixed with kolby jack cheese. Using regular breakfast sausage and my bacon weave has some of Todd's rub on it. Smoking it with Pitmasters choice blend pellets.
    Finished pics to follow.
    Chorizo cooked and added jalapeño diced. Chorizo and eggs scrambled
    Kojack shredded
    Bacon weave
    Wrapping of fatty with bacon weave already seasoned with rub on the outside.
    Fatties ready to go in the smoke, don't let the pictures fool you it is cold and dropping fast to 0.

    Looks really good.  I'm not a Chorizo fan so won't be duplicating this, but it does look good.
