Thank you to all who have helped my sausage making journey. Still a long way to go but I’ve seen steady improvement every batch. I’ve probably made four batches now. Here’s my latest. As always, please critique anything you see that might be improved. Jalapeño Cheddar smoked sausage.

Nice work. They look great to me, the grind seems a bit fine but if you like it that’s all that counts. What flavor is next?
 
Thanks! Had to buy store bought ground beef on this batch, but just got a grinder for Christmas so that’ll be the last one. Looking forward to that next step In the process.
