Thanks all for the welcome! I looked at several forms before choosing this one, y'all got it going on in this forum! Quick question, I was pondering building a RF smoker with a box directly above the FB, I saw some referring to it as a warming box, is it just using radiant heat to use as a warming oven/box or does it have a baffle/valve to smoke it too? I could possibly see a benefit of being able to smoke it up for smaller quantity of foods rather than trying to keep the temp up on the whole RF smoker going longer. I plan to use a 250 gallon lp tank.
