I am glad I found this site, I was born in Argentina South Amerrica been in this country for 50 plus years, grew in in Philadelphia

moved to Piedmont area of South Carolina 30 years ago. Like to grill, and now want to try smoking meat and curing meat and sausages, would like to find a place near or with 50 miles of Greenville SC that have courses in meat curing and smoking meat.

I am retire and have a 36" x 36" cinder block room that I want to make it to a curing and smoking room.

Also I have been working the bees, and going to try a vegetable garden for for the 2nd time this year.
