My name is Asaf Dahan, i am industrial designer and former graduate of Bezalel Academy of Art & Design in Jerusalem, Israel. As a 3rd generation fisherman, my passion for food and design drove me to find revolutionary cooking solutions for the modern kitchen. Working with indoor kitchen limitations and ways to preserve the food’s taste and flavor has always been a challenge. But, after exploring, testing, and analyzing the traditional and modern smoking food methods and cookware, I feel ready to share and to learn more.
