To cold to do anything outside so stayed in and stuffed 20 pounds of garlic and ham chunks Kielbasa & one chub as I ran out of the right size casings. Smoked to an IT of 135 then finished off in a water bath to 152 IT. A mix of different recipes so I will not say what I put in the mix. All I am going to say its damn good stuff.:emoji_wink:
