So I came across this and had to try it
so I picked up some fresh beans went ahead and sterilized my jars ordinarily when I do kraut and reading some articles it’s not necessary when your canning time exceeds the sterilization time, but since green beans require pickling to be stable with water bath I used extra cautio.
The brine was not enough so I used their initial recipe and added
6 cups of water
4 cups vinegar
3T of salt
boiled and added to the jars
also used a t of minced garlic instead of cloves I swear we had some
