Did an injected yard bird, pork tenderloins, and a small chub of cracker Bologna on the drum. Been a busy game day. Just before and after had a lot going on in between.

That sounds like a great cook — injecting the yard bird is a smart move for keeping it juicy, and pork tenderloin plus a bologna chub is a solid combo to fill out the smoker while you wait. How long did you let the bologna go, and did you score it before it went on? Always curious how people handle the bark on that since it can go either way depending on the rub.
